The breakfast spread was absolutely mind-blowing, with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit salad, and the most delicious salmon on toast. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room had unexpected amenities like complimentary sparkling water and a luxurious makeup mirror. The location was perfect, tucked away from the noise but still within walking distance to the harbor. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff made it my preferred choice for future visits.

Worth its 3 stars. Everything was IDEAL, especially stuff and location. Only 20 min walk to downtown.

Very rich and good breakfast buffet, daily changing specials. Very clean rooms and rooms, there is an underground garage so that the vehicle is always tidy.

Unfortunately very narrow underground car park and towards the end a little chaotic parking situation in the garage.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel tucked inside a much larger city, and I must say, it was quite trendy in an alternative way. The location was perfect, just a ten-minute walk from two subway lines, making it super easy to explore all parts of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and the basic amenities in the rooms were spot on. From toiletries to bottled water, this hotel really had everything you might need. The rooms were clean and bigger than I had expected. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was good and covered everything I needed. The friendly staff made sure I had everything I needed to start my day off right.

The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail, giving them a unique and charming feel. As someone who appreciates aesthetics, I absolutely loved it!

Personally, I found the small bathroom in the standard-sized room a bit cramped. However, I understand that some guests might prefer a smaller bathroom for a shorter stay or don't mind it as much.

We especially liked the excellent breakfast and the great service. We had forgotten something in our room and got it sent to us immediately; the phone calls connected to it were made in an extremely friendly and humorous tone!

Had a great business trip! The hotel was well located, close to public transportation and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The service was amazing, all the staff members were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of hot and cold options, and the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with modern amenities.

I didn't like that the Wi-Fi was unsecured, and that the lighting in the room was not enough for reading in bed. But overall, these were small issues compared to the great experience I had at the hotel.

Hotel St. Annen in Hamburg exceeded all my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet, with a beautiful view of the gardens. The breakfast selection was excellent, including cooked food and even my preferred English tea. The location was ideal, near Reeperbahn but without the noise. I will definitely choose this hotel for future visits.

Friendly hotel near St. Pauli in Hamburg, but not influenced by the entertainment establishments. Good quiet location near restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel has a lovely terrace in the back which was pleasant during the recent heat spell. Excellent breakfast buffet.
